Repeated participation in CISCO online training „KNOWLEDGE REFRESH“
Dear customers,
concentrating and maintaining your attention during the online course (VILT — Virtual Instructor-Led Training*) is quite challenging, so we offer you the opportunity to repeat part of it, or the entire training.
Repeated participation is theoretical, without involvement in the practical part. Thus, the participant will work with their own materials, which they received at the first date of the training.
You can apply for repeated participation within 1 month from the end of the training by sending an e-mail to the training department (training@alef.com). You can indicate the specific date you have chosen in the e-mail. In case it is occupied, we will contact you with a potential replacement date.
The condition for repeated participation is the payment of the fee for the first term of the training. You have the option of repeated participation for a period of 12 months from the last day of the first training date. It is not possible to repeatedly participate in the training if the course is withdrawn from our offer or no other date is announced within the given range. Repeated participation is only available for vILT Cisco certified training.
* vILT (Virtual Instructor-Led Training — it is a form of distance learning where the instructor conducts training from the classroom through an online platform.
