Thanks to our new collaboration with FASCINATING ACADEMY, the ALEF Training center now offers more negotiation courses.
Negotiation is the pinnacle of communication. Correct communication is the key to success. This training is especially suited to managers, professional negotiators, traders, and for all those who realise that negotiation skills can enrich and improve their personal and professional life.

FBI negotiator
Negotiate. There are some of the most difficult negotiations ahead of you. We will prepare you for them. During a 3-day intensive
training course, we will form a negotiation team, and prepare your strategy and demands. For your specific partners, suppliers
and objectives. You‘ll negotiate like the world‘s best negotiators.You‘ll negotiate like the FBI do. You cannot settle for a 5:5 draw. You must aim for at least a 6:4 win. Sales Negotiator
Don‘t trade, negotiate! After a day of intensive training, you‘ll be able to control the emotions of your business counterpart and the entire negotiation. You‘ll learn to identify the exact moment when your business partner stops trading and starts negotiating. 

Key Account Negotiator
You‘ll be able to identify the strategy and behavioral patterns of  your counterpart which will allow you to prepare a winning strategy. In two days you‘ll learn to exert pressure on your counterpart, to make demands while remaining cooperative in order to achieve the best possible result and form good long-term business relationships. 

Sales Negotiation Officer
Lead, trade, negotiate. You are the key to success, to the client and to money. You are under great pressure to deliver, not reaching an agreement is not an alternative, you can not afford to make mistakes at the negotiation table and you must reach an agreement. This training course will prepare you for this type of negotiation. In the course of 3 training days, we will put together a team, set the strategy, and train tactics in order to achieve your results, build relationships and be successful.
