We are proud to announce that 6 of ALEF’s instructors are among the recipients of the Cisco Instructor Awards
The Cisco Instructor Excellence Award recognizes CCSIs who provide the highest quality training experience and who demonstrate the best overall instructor performance as measured by the customer satisfaction survey globally. These elite instructors are being recognized for delivering remarkable customer experience in each technology and with an annual average customer satisfaction score above 4.8.
To qualify for this award, CCSIs must have an overall 4.8 customer satisfaction rating, received a minimum of 100 student evaluations and have taught more than three Cisco technologies during 2021.
