The Cisco ACI platform itself can provide many features related to (micro)segmentation, network traffic filtering, or simply incorporate specialized security devices into the path between internal and external endpoints. Therefore, understanding and learning how to use these tools effectively over a multi-DC environment will be an advantage for ACI administrators in the day-to-day management of ACI and its development. This course is focusing specifically on the areas of network security in ACI. You can look forward to topics such as using contracts when working with (micro)EPGs and ESG objects, you will learn how to secure inter-VRF or inter-tenant communication, or use service graphs and Policy-Based Redirect (all features are explained whether single or multiple datacenters, whether in Multi-POD or Multi-Site architectures). As in previous ACI courses, the troubleshooting approach in security rules in ACI will not be missed.
