Još od 1995. godine ALEF trening centar vam pruža visok nivo obrazovanja kroz treninge za sertifikaciju i razvojne treninge. Danas imamo više od 20 profesionalno opremljenih učionica u 7 zemalja Centralne i Istočne Evrope, sa preko 50 stručnih predavača i preko 200 kurseva.U naš portfolioj su uključeni on-site treninzi kod klijenata, on-line treninzi, prilagođene obuke, konsultacije, obrazovni programi i e- Learning. Redovno organizujemo besplatne seminare / web obrazovanja, nakon čega može da se nastavi sa stručnim kursevima koje nudimo. Zahvaljujući tome, svake godine obučimo preko 3000 polaznika.

Počeci centra za obrazovanje vezani su za Cisco Systems i njegove tehnologije. Tokom svog postojanja stekli smo čitav niz sertifikata i nagrada. Naša kompanija je Cisco Learning Partner, Cisco Gold Partner, odnosno Cisco Business Learning Partner. Mi smo VMware Learning partner, F5 autorizovani obrazovni centar (F5 Authorized Training Center), AWS Training Partner (ATP), osim toga držimo i sopstvene NetApp kurseve.

Takođe smo i priznat obrazovni centar u oblasti sajber bezbednosti. Imamo CSIRt tim, koji vrši revizije, konsultacije, obuke i stručne seminare. Takođe smo partneri AFCEA. Naši stručnjaci su predavači na brojnim stručnim konferencijama u Češkoj i u inostranstvu. Održavamo sopstvene seminare i web predavanja. Organiziramo Inkubatore sajber sigurnosti za studente, a već smo dugoročni partneri u takmičenju za sajber sigurnost u srednjim školama. Mnoge kurseve (DVPP) smo akreditovali u oblasti kibernetičke sigurnosti i ti kursevi predstavljaju dobru osnovu za obrazovanje o sajber bezbednosti u srednjim školama. U naš portfelj su uključeni razni kursevi kibernetičke sigurnosti usmerene na praktično sprovođenje zakona o kibernetičkoj bezbednosti i prekvalifikaciju uloga u skladu sa zakonom (menadžer, arhitekta i revizor). Naravno, mi takođe organizujemo stručnu, sertifikacionu (CompTIA) i obuku zasnovanu na znanju.
