Goals

The course is focused on detail explanation of TOGAF – the international standard for enterprise architecture management. It defines and explains processes for the design and management of the architecture (TOGAF ADM), the terminology used, a clear definition of roles and the structure of outputs describing the architecture at various stages of its design.

In addition to the content defined by the owner of the standard, the course also includes many examples from the practice of our consultants and trainers. We will show you how an architect should be involved in the preparation of the organization’s strategy, ongoing projects and change management and what is the difference between the roles of enterprise architect, solution architect, business analyst and project manager.

The course is a perfect preparation for the TOGAF Foundation certification exam, which you can take immediately after the course or at any time later. The exam cost is 360 USD and is not included in course price.

On top of the content defined by The Open Group consortium we added additional content which shows how to use the standard in real practise of various organizations.
