ALEF Training provides certification for Cisco partners and specialists. If you are a company providing solutions based on Cisco technology and want to be visible in the market, show the customer know-how and get attractive discounts on Cisco products, corporate certification or specialization will help you. If you’re an IT specialist who is interested in a globally recognized Cisco certificate, or want to improve the quality of your team, personal certification is intended for you.

Passing the required exams which the training in our portfolio prepares you for, will get you Cisco Entry-Level, Associate, Professional and Expert certification. Cisco certification is a globally recognized certificate of knowledge of Cisco technologies. It increases the value of the holder on the labor market and serves to confirm proficiency in tenders. The certificate is valid for three years (for CCIE two years), after which it is necessary to pass a recertification test.

Within the scope of Entry-Level you can acquire the CCENT Certification for all areas of Cisco solutions. More detailed information on recommended and required training can be found here.

Certification at the Associate level is differentiated by area of Cisco solution: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNA Security, CCNA Wireless, CCNA Voice, CCNA Data Center, CCNA Service Provider, CCNA Service Provider Operations, CCNA Video, CCDA). The same classification is also used at the Professional level: CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), CCNP Security, CCNP Wireless, CCNP Voice and CCNP Data Center, CCNP Service Provider, CCNP Service Provider Operations, CCDP). The Expert level is recognized by the CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) certification: CCIE Routing&Switching, CCIE Security, CCIE Wireless, CCIE Collaboration, CCIE DC, CCIE Service Provider, CCIE Service Provider Operation, CCDE. Cisco Certified Architect is the highest level of accreditation achievable within the Cisco Career Certification program.

The system of company certification is used to identify the level of partnership of your company with Cisco Systems. To obtain a specific certificate, you must meet the requirements defined by Cisco. If you need more details about requirments, please, contact ALEF Training. 

 

Certification Select indicates partners who focus on selling small amounts of hardware and require a higher level of certification. Small Business or Small Business Specialization Foundation Specialization is required, along with a valid resale agreement or Indirect Cisco Channel Partner Agreement (ICPA), customer service 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Partner must sell services related to Cisco products.

It is possible to apply for Premier certification through 2 Express Specializations (Express Fondation or Express Collaboration Specialization) or one Advanced Architecture Specialization (Advanced Collaboration, Advanced Data Center, Advanced IP NGN, Advanced Enterpise Networks nebo Advanced Security). From the 1st of March 2015 it possible to aplly for Premier by one of Technology Specialization (Advanced Unified Computing, Advanced Unified Fabric). Also required is a valid Cisco resale agreement or Indirect Channel Partner Agreement (ICPA), customer service 8×5, call back 24 hours, pre-order support and post-sale support in the sense of the Partner Support Agreement. In the case of recertification, a survey of customer satisfaction is required.

Certification Silver indicates a Cisco partner with broad technical knowledge. You can apply for it by the end of March 2015. This certification will be retired after 1st of April 2016.

Silver partner is required to have two of three specializations in Architecture (Advanced Collaboration, Advanced Data Center, Advanced IP NGN, Advanced Enterpise Networks nebo Advanced Security) or one Architecture Specialization and one Advanced Specialization (Advanced Unified Computing, Advanced Unified Fabric). Silver partner has to have 2 certified CCIE individuals.

Also required is a valid Cisco resale agreement or Indirect Channel Partner Agreement (ICPA), the ability to demonstrate one of the specialized technologies, customer service 8×5, escalation process, call back one hour, lab support, pre-order support and post-sale support in terms of the Partner Support Agreement.

In the case of new certification, just as in the case of recertification, a survey of customer satisfaction is required. The partner must also meet the defined requirements in the area of services (Service Attach Rate and Revenues from Services).

Certification Gold is the highest degree of Cisco Partnership. A Gold Certified Partner offers the broadest spectrum of knowledge across various technologies.

AGold partner is required to have all three specializations in Architecture (Borderless Networks, Collaboration, Data Center) by the end of March 2015. From April 2015 new Gold Partners have to have Advanced Enterprise Networks Architecture and Advanced Security Architecture specialization and 2 from followin Architecture Specializations (Advanced Collaboration, Advanced Data Center, Advanced IP NGN). There is condition to have 4 certified CCIE individuals and one role of Business Value Practitioner.

Also required is a valid Cisco resale agreement or Indirect Channel Partner Agreement (ICPA), the ability to demonstrate one of the specialized technologies in an onsite audit, customer service 24×7, escalation process, call back one hour, lab support, pre-order support and post sales support in the sense of the Partner Support Agreement

Gold, Silver, Premier and Select certification indicates a Cisco partner capable of covering the needs of customers within the scope of a single region or a defined set of regions. The Cisco Global Resale Channel Program is intended for partners capable of covering the needs of customers on the entire planet or a large number of regions. Multinational and Global. Specialization reflects a depth of skills in a particular technology. There are three levels of specialization: Express, Advanced, and Master. Each level represents greater capabilities in sales, technical, and lifecycle services.

Express-level specialization is for partners who want to increase their technical proficiency in the area of foundation networking.

Advanced and Architecture-level specializations help partners meet a wide range of customer needs, from small businesses to larger enterprise organizations.

Advanced Technology Specializations can be applied towards Silver Certification. Gold Certification requires three Advanced Architecture Specializations: Borderless Network Architecture (mandatory), Collaboration Architecture, Data Center Architecture and/or Advanced IP NGN Architecture Specializations. Architecture Specializations can also be applied toward Premier Certification or Silver Certification.

Master-level specializations are targeted at an exclusive group of partners that have the most in-depth technology skills and demonstrated success in selling, deploying, and providing services for more sophisticated Cisco solutions and fast growth markets. Master Specializations can be achieved regardless of certification level. These partners are the experts in unified communications, security, and data center and cloud technologies.
